About Me

After graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, I worked with clients with various kind of pathologies including musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions.

I believe that pain is just a signal from our body telling us there is something wrong and need to be fixed. Physiotherapists, therefore, utilize their knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and assessment skill to identify the root cause of the problem. Throughout the rehabilitation process, the body should be treated as a whole rather than just the pain itself.  Therefore, the treatment process must be comprehensive and individualized. In addition of passive treatment, active participation of the client in rehabilitation process will assist the recovery process.

About Me

Throughout my career as a physiotherapist, I worked mostly with clients having musculoskeletal conditions such as spinal disorders and sports injuries. Having developed vast interests in spinal conditions, I further pursued my master studies in the field of manipulative physiotherapy.

The core of my approach is thorough clinical assessments and ongoing analysis of each patient's unique needs. I believe effective therapy starts with understanding the patient's condition. During the initial evaluation, I use hands-on examination, testing, and open dialogue to develop a detailed understanding of the root causes of the patient's problems.

The cycle of assessment, analysis, and adaptation is the foundation of my approach. By remaining vigilant and responsive to each patient's evolving needs, I can provide effective, efficient personalized care to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
